Industrial Parks
	Somerset has two industrial parks: a 90.1-acre park located off the Somerset Bypass and a 60-acre park located off KY 461. The 90.1-acre site features 16-inch water, 8-inch sewer, and 6-inch gas lines. The 60-acre park features 10-inch water, 6-inch sewer, and 6-inch gas lines. South Kentucky RECC provides electricity for both sites. There are many other sites and available buildings in Pulaski County suitable for industrial use.
Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA)    Financing of fixed assets is available through the Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA). The Authority may participate in the financing of qualified projects with a secured loan for up to $10,000 per new job created, not to exceed $500,000 or 25% of the project cost, whichever is less.
